We will present the findings of our research at two conferences, one of which will be aimed specifically at Deaf people so that they can be accessible in BSL and the community has the opportunity to question and discuss the results. The research outcomes will also be distributed through the website in BSL. The findings will be published in Deaf-related journals, but will also be available to a wider range of people, such as those who work or study in: media studies, genetic counselling, studies of Deaf people, research methods in which the researcher is a member of a minority group, etc. The results of the findings will not only be important to Deaf people but also to the wider academic community; it is therefore essential that the findings are published to such wider audiences and that is what we plan to do.
